Reimbursement Policy for Prime Agent Referrals

This Reimbursement Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which the upfront sign-up fee paid by real estate professionals (collectively referred to as “Agents,” “you,” or “your”) to Prime Agent Referrals will be reimbursed following your first successful closing sourced through our referral service. This Policy is part of your service agreement with Prime Agent Referrals and is designed to align our success with yours.

1. Reimbursement Eligibility

To qualify for reimbursement of your upfront sign-up fee:

  • You must complete your first successful real estate transaction that directly results from a lead provided by Prime Agent Referrals.
  • The transaction must be verified and documented with acceptable proof of closing (e.g., closing documents or commission confirmation).
  • Only the initial sign-up fee for the plan you selected (Edge, Associate, or Broker tier) is eligible for reimbursement.

2. Terms of Reimbursement

Once eligibility is confirmed:

  • The full upfront sign-up fee will be reimbursed one time following your first qualifying closing.
  • Reimbursement is processed after Prime Agent Referrals validates the closing and verifies the lead source through appropriate documentation.
  • The reimbursement amount corresponds to the sign-up fee specific to the plan you selected when onboarding.

3. Post-Reimbursement Provisions

After your upfront fee is reimbursed:

  • You will continue to receive quality referrals from Prime Agent Referrals as part of your selected plan.
  • You agree to pay only the referral fees specified in your plan for future transactions that close based on leads provided by Prime Agent Referrals.
  • There are no recurring subscription costs or long-term contracts required to maintain your access to referrals, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

4. Conditions and Limitations

To ensure that reimbursement is valid:

  • The reimbursement applies only to closings resulting from leads provided by Prime Agent Referrals.
  • Transactions that do not originate from our referral system or are sourced independently by an agent are not eligible for reimbursement qualification.
  • Any disputes about reimbursement eligibility will be reviewed, and the final decision will be made by Prime Agent Referrals in accordance with this Policy.

5. How to Initiate Reimbursement

After your first qualifying closing:

  1. Email our support team at: support@primeagentreferrals.com
  2. Include the following with your request:

o Your full name and registered plan tier

o A copy of closing documentation showing the completed transaction

o Details about the lead provided by Prime Agent Referrals that resulted in the closing

Once we receive your submission, we will begin verification and notify you about next steps.
