Prospect Replacement Policy for Prime Agent Referrals

Effective Date: july 7, 2025

This Prospect Replacement Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which licensed real estate professionals (“Agents,” “you,” “your”) may request a replacement for a referral prospect (“lead”) provided by Prime Agent Referrals.

Our goal is to ensure you receive high-quality, actionable prospects that support your business growth. If a delivered prospect does not meet established criteria, this Policy explains how replacements are processed and under what conditions they are granted.

1. Replacement Eligibility

You may request a one-to-one replacement for a delivered prospect if all the following conditions are met:

a. Qualifying Circumstances

  • You received multiple prospects (e.g., at least three) in a given cycle, AND
  • At least two of those prospects were valid and engaged, but
  • One prospect was determined to be unresponsive, invalid, irrelevant, or otherwise unsuitable for your criteria.

A prospect is generally considered eligible for replacement if:

  • The contact information is incorrect or non-functional
  • The prospect’s data is clearly outside your selected service area
  • The prospect cannot be reached despite reasonable and documented outreach efforts

“Reasonable outreach” typically includes multiple contact attempts over normal business response hours.

2. Applicability Across All Plans

This Policy applies to all subscription or referral plans offered by Prime Agent Referrals, regardless of your tier (e.g., Standard, Premium, or Broker level). There are no plan-specific restrictions on eligibility.

3. How to Request a Prospect Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Submit your replacement request in writing within 7 business days of identifying the concern.
  2. Email your request to support@primeagentreferrals.com with:

o Your full name and account details

o The date the original prospect was delivered

o A brief explanation of why the prospect is unsuitable (e.g., unresponsive, inaccurate contact info, out of area)

o Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, call logs)

Once your request is verified, a replacement will be issued within 5–7 business days, matched as closely as possible to your original criteria and location.

4. Important Notes & Limitations

  • One prospect per qualifying cycle may be replaced under this Policy.
  • Prime Agent Referrals reserves the right to verify engagement and contact history before approving a replacement request.
  • Excessive or unsupported requests may be investigated and could affect eligibility or service access.
