Refund Policy for Prime Agent Referrals
Effective Date: February 8, 2025
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which a refund of the sign-up fee may be issued to real estate agents, teams, or brokerages (“Agent,” “you,” or “your”) who have entered into a Referral Agreement with Prime Agent Referrals (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Policy applies for a 90-day period from the date the Referral Agreement is signed.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds of the sign-up fee may be considered only under the following circumstances:
a. No Leads Delivered
If Prime Agent Referrals does not provide any referral leads within 90 days of the Referral Agreement execution date.
b. Pre-Existing Client Conflicts
If a lead delivered to you was already under contract or in an active relationship with your business at the time of delivery.
c. Unresponsive or Unqualified Leads
If a lead is:
- Unresponsive for 10 consecutive business days after delivery, despite reasonable outreach efforts, or
- Unqualified (e.g., outside your predefined service area or not meeting your criteria).
d. Lead Declines to Transact
If the lead has expressly communicated a refusal to engage in any buying or selling activity for over 90 days from the date of assignment.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Send a written request to our support team at support@primeagentreferrals.com.
- Include the following details:
o Your full name and contact information
o Date of your Referral Agreement
o Reason for the refund request
o Supporting documentation (e.g., call logs, screenshots, emails showing outreach attempts)
Prime Agent Referrals will review your submission for eligibility and verify the claim. Upon approval, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.
3. Reporting Deadlines
To be eligible for a refund, all concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the lead in question. Any claim reported after this period will be considered null and the lead will be deemed accepted as delivered.
4. Policy Limitations
- This Policy only applies to the initial sign-up fee paid when entering a Referral Agreement.
- No refunds will be issued for referral fees, commission splits, or completed closings.
- Refund requests made after the 90-day period from the date of the Referral Agreement are not eligible for consideration.
