We are not a real estate brokerage and do not participate directly in property transactions; all transactions are conducted between referred clients and the licensed agents.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• Hold a valid real estate license (if you are using our Services as a real estate agent or broker).
• Agree to all terms, policies, and applicable laws.
  

4. Services Offered

Prime Agent Referrals offers:

• Verified buyer and seller referral connections.
• Exclusive territory assignments.
• Digital marketing support and campaigns.
• Optional virtual assistant and ISA services.
• Lead management tools and dashboards.

Referral fees are generally due only upon successful closing of a referred transaction, as outlined in your selected plan details.

5. Communication Consent

By using our Services, you consent to receive communications from us, including via email, SMS, phone, or other electronic methods. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the available unsubscribe features or by contacting support.

6. Content Ownership and Use

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of Prime Agent Referrals or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No portion of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our prior written permission.

7. Lead Data & Confidentiality

Lead information and client data provided through our Services are confidential. You agree to protect the confidentiality of all lead data and to use it only for legitimate business purposes consistent with your agreement with Prime Agent Referrals. Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or resale of lead data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of Services.

8. Fees and Payments

Service fees and payment terms are listed on our pricing page and detailed in your service agreement. All fees are due as specified in your plan. Annual or upfront payments are generally non-refundable except as provided under our Refund Policy. Additional services (e.g., extra territories, ISA support) may incur additional charges.

9. Limitations of Liability

Prime Agent Referrals and its affiliates are not responsible for:

• Disputes between agents and clients.
• Accuracy of lead information or outcomes of referred transactions.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, the service agreement, or applicable laws. Termination may occur with or without notice at our discretion.
